Pushard's Karate program focuses on teaching the art of Isshinryu Karate.
Traditional techniques are complemented with tournament and competitive karate techniques
and include a variety of strategic self-defense moves.
Our programs enable you to defend yourself on the ground, as well as on your feet. We
also stress the importance of respectful conduct inside and outside of our school.

General storm cancellation policy: If Manchester School, Union 42, is closed due to weather, we will not be open.
If questionable weather conditions start during or after school hours, please feel free to call the dojo to listen for an
announcement on our answering service. First and foremost, please be safe.
New Classes
We are excited to offer Fitness Kickboxing, noon-time karate classes for adults and grappling. We also continue to offer extreme karate and chanbara. If you are interested in any of these new classes, please let us know. |
